A new report by the Banking and Payments federation of Ireland revealed that the introduction of a state backed plan for spending incentives for staycations has the potential to unlock up to €6 billion for the domestic economy.  So is it time the Government introduced a better scheme to incentivise domestic tourism?  Joining us on the show  to discuss this is Chief Executive of the Banking and Payments Federation Brian Hayes.
