Last night the Dáil formally passed a Sinn Fein motion declaring Israel to have illegally de facto annexed Palestinian territory in Jerusalem and the West Bank. People before Profit’s motion for sanctions against Israel and the expulsion of its ambassador in Ireland were voted against.
