Councils need to support outdoor dining, if permitted, this summer. That’s according to Tanaiste Leo Varadkar. One of the most successful examples of al fresco dining last year was Princes Street in Cork. Paul Montgomery is the owner of Clancy’s late bar on the street and he spoke to us this morning on the show.
