The government is considering tighter restrictions on people coming into Ireland from Britain to combat the spread of the Delta Covid variant. It’s understood they are extending the period of quarantine for those arriving from Britain from five to 10 days if they are not vaccinated. To discuss, we were joined on the show this morning by Liam Fanning, Professor of Immunovirology at UCC and Eoghan Corry Editor of Air and Travel Magazine.
