The National Immunisation Advisory Committee (NIAC) has recommended that the AstraZeneca vaccine can be used for those aged 70 years and older. Also the HSE has warned GPs that they may not receive their full orders of Covid-19 vaccines in the coming weeks, due to a new supply shortage of the Moderna jab.
