Talks are continuing between unions and Department of Education officials on the potential for the Leaving Cert to take place in 2021. An announcement is expected this week but this morning's cabinet meeting is likely to come too soon.  Brian Mooney, Guidance Counsellor, Columnist and Editor of Education Matters Yearbook spoke to Shane this morning.
