A proliferation of voluntary groups are operating in the capital to provide food, sleeping bags and tents to rough sleepers, but some argue they are hindering the work of established organisations. To discuss this further we spoke to  Pat Doyle, the chief executive of the Peter McVerry Trust and Wayne Stanley, Head of Policy and Communications at Simon Communities of Ireland.
