A new network of cycling lanes are already causing some controversy. Just last week new cycling infrastructure was erected in Kilmainham, but some people are saying the traffic in the area is now worse than ever. So is this cycling infrastructure being welcomed in the area. Our reporter Barry Whyte has been finding out for us on the show this morning.
