Gardaí towed several cars from Wicklow’s Uplands over the weekend with the snowy weather causing havoc. Reports have suggested many travelled to the area to take in the snowy conditions despite the 5km travel limit being in place. For reaction we heard from Fine Gael Cllr in Wicklow Shay Cullen.
