Today Minister Simon Harris and European Commissioner Mariya Gabriel have launched the European Union’s new research and investment programme, Horizon Europe, which will be the biggest programme ever undertaken in Europe.  Simon Harris Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science spoke to us this morning.
