Menopause classes for men are being rolled out in workplaces, hospitals, and even at all-boys schools in the UK.  So we need to get the men involved and change our approach to the change here as well?   Catherine O’Keefe is a Menopause Coach and Workplace Educator joined Ciara this morning on the show with her view on this new approach in the UK.
