Dublin will today get a new sculpture with the new piece of art to be unveiled on the O’Connell Plinth which stands outside City Hall on Dame Street. It is the first sculpture commissioned and created as part of the Dublin City Council Sculpture Dublin initiative. Alan Phelan is the Artist behind the new sculpture and he joined us on the show this morning.
