The ESB have announced that people are going to have to pay to use their public electric vehicle charging network for the first time. Up until now, electric cars drivers have been able to use the public system for free, but new charges are coming into place for their 50 kilowatt on-street fast-chargers from next month. Ciara chats to environmental journalist John Gibbons & hears from listeners.
