Over the weekend we heard the news of Dr Aoibhinn Ní Shúilleabháin, a broadcaster, lecturer in University College Dublin (UCD)  was repeatedly harassed by a professor at the college over the course of two years.

Many are thanking Dr Ní Shúilleabháin for her bravery for what must have been a very difficult personal decision to come forward with her story.

Have you ever been harassed or bullied in the workplace, have you worked in a very toxic culture?  did you report it, if so how did you feel it was handled? If not, why not?

Caroline Mc Henry, Managing director of The HR Suite and a leading HR and employment law consultant joined Andrea on the show with some listeners who shared their experiences.
