20 teachers and staff from fee-paying St Gerards’ Catholic School in Bray received Covid vaccinations that were “left over” from a clinic at the Beacon private hospital.
Teachers are ranked 11th on the National Immunisation Advisory Committee (NIAC) prioritisation list for vaccination.
It is understood that the hospital was under time pressure – they had just an hour and a half to use the vaccines before staff were due to finish their shifts.
