Dr. Cara Augustenborg joined Ivan this evening for another edition of Down to Earth and this week it was the very topical issue of the Brazilian rainforests and the fires currently causing concern for many around the world.

Cara discussed the environmental implications of the fires, the political fight that has erupted over tackling them, and how this can be viewed through the prism of the on-going beef crisis here in Ireland.
