Two weeks ago Failte Ireland said that there were something like 40,000 job vacancies in the Irish tourist sector. It’s not just tourism of course; hospitality is having problems reopening fully due to staff shortages. To discuss how might these vacancies be filled Joe spoke to Shane McLave who is the Director at Excel recruitment.
