A while ago one of the biggest global consultancy companies, PWC said that they would no longer insist on a university grade 2.1 or higher when looking to recruit staff. It’s a sign that the power pendulum between employers and employees has shifted noticeably towards workers. But will it dilute productivity and even profits?
