Despite soaring energy costs and a war on the European continent, investment in Irish property continues to boom. Research by the global property giants JLL found that €760 million worth of investments were traded in the first quarter of this year. John Moran, The head of Capital Markets at JLL spoke to Joe about the findings of their report.
