She's also joined by young Chef Flynn McGarry who helped launched  'The Connected Restaurant' which  allows family and friends on opposite sides of the Atlantic to come together to share Christmas dinner. Plus she's joined by Sinead Glesson who has just won an award for her compelling book 'Constellations' who is a selection of essays about her Health Journey.
