A Spanish woman trying to sell plots on the Sun is taking auction site eBay to court.

Maria Duran has been claiming ownership of part of the star since 2010.

She registered the star in her name at a notary office, before opening an eBay account offering plots for €1 each.

The website pulled her listings, saying it violated policy.

A Spanish court has now recognised her claim and a trial will take place next month.

She is seeking around €10,000 for payments she says she hasn't received.
