A woman has told a Dublin murder trial she saw two teenage boys engaged in very nasty fighting on the evening an 18-year-old boy was stabbed to death.

A 17-year-old boy denies murdering Azzam Raguragui in Finsbury Park in Dundrum in May 2019.

The woman said she went for a walk with her husband and daughter in Finsbury Park in Dundrum on the evening in question when she saw a group of around ten boys.

She described them as being 16,17 or 18 and they were messing around and shoving each other.

She said the messing got worse, and she saw one of the lads running up a little slope and another ran after him and got on top of him while he was on the ground.

She said they were fighting which she described as really nasty.

The woman said the boy went at the other boy on the ground three times and was "really going at him".

She told the jury she later saw the boy who had chased the other boy take a knife out of his pocket.

Once she saw the knife, she said "we need to get out of here".
