A woman who was injured in a crash in County Kerry over a week ago has died in hospital.

The crash happened at Finnegan's Cross in Kilcummin at around 6:45 am on the morning of January 9th.

An elderly man died in the crash and two women were injured. One of the women suffered critical injuries and she passed away yesterday.

Gardaí are continuing to appeal for anyone with information to come forward.

In particular, they're asking any road users travelling in the area at the time that may have camera footage to contact Killarney Garda station.
