An elderly man has died and two other people are injured - one critically - following a two-car crash in Co Kerry.
It happened at around 6:45am this morning at Finnegan's Cross in Kilcummin.
The man was taken to Kerry University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
An elderly woman is in hospital in a critical condition, while another woman is being treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The road is currently closed with diversions are in place, and a forensic exam is taking place at the scene.
Gardaí say they're looking to speak to anyone with information, in particularly any road users travelling in the area at the time of the crash who may have camera footage.
