Today
A cold and frosty start this morning with any fog patches clearing early today.
Then it will be another mostly dry day with good sunshine although it will be cloudier with a few showers early on across Ulster and north Connacht, the showers possibly turning wintry on hills and mountains.
With mainly light, northerly winds it will feel pleasant once again in sunshine however temperatures still low for the time of year, just 5 to 7 degrees.
Tonight
Tonight will be cold and frosty again with another widespread sharp to severe frost and fog becoming dense in places towards dawn.
Overnight lowest temperatures between minus 1 and minus 4 degrees with light or calm winds from a variable direction.
