Water charge protesters have given undertakings to the High Court to demonstrate peacefully.
It follows allegations that water meter installers have been head butted, punched, intimidated and harassed in north Dublin.
GMC Siera said employees installing water meters have been subjected to an organised campaign of violence, harassment and intimidation in Raheny, Coolock and Airfield.
It handed in video evidence apparently showing anti water charge protesters disrupting the installation of meters by stopping diggers, putting feet under jack hammers and by lying in front of work lorries.
The demonstrators deny being involved in unlawful activity, and claim the workers acted as agents provocateurs.
