A young family in Dundalk lost their dad exactly one year ago tomorrow.

Ciaran Carthy took his own life - leaving behind his daughter Aisling, sons Donal and Eoin and his wife Clodagh.

Sinead McNally is a local musician in Dundalk.

Clodagh and Sinead met at Ciaran’s funeral, and have becomes friends since that time.

The Carty family took on the project of making a music video for one of her songs.

The song ‘Just for Today’ is being sold on itunes with all proceeds going to Aware, who assist those directly affected by depression.
