Pope Francis is touring his way around the United States at the moment, hitting a few of the major cities in his first trip Stateside since he was elected.
To mark his stopover in Philadelphia, the city's residents got very excited and put some time and effort into making the only fitting tribute that had a unique sense of all things Philly: a mashup of the Pope and Rocky doing a training montage, of course.
The head of a crudely photoshopped Pope Francis sits atop Sly Stallone's character in this short clip from Philly.com, as he ascends the famous stairs and places his arms aloft.
Well, it something that pretty much every tourist does in the city, and there's even a statue of Rocky doing it at the Museum of Art in the city.
Elsewhere, a local brewery made a special, limited edition beer for the papal visit, and even St. Charles Borromeo Seminary, where the Pope is staying for his visit ordered a case of the stuff. If they're making a beer in your honour it would be rude not to at least try it.
There were no confirmed reports that the Pope managed to get his hands on a cheesesteak, however.
