On Friday, a project "Safe City" roadway camera located in Lyubertsy Russia captured video footage of a bicyclist narrowly escaping being struck by a car before barely being grazed by a truck.

The dash cam video shows a man leisurely riding his bike along a street when he reaches a cross road. The bicyclist sees the truck coming towards him, but does not seem to see the car barreling towards him in the opposite direction.

The truck, which fails to stop at the intersection, strikes the car and rips off the rear bumper. As the car veers to the left, the bumper flies off towards the right. Sandwiched between the two objects is the bicyclist, who miraculously misses being struck by either. The truck loses control and grazes the cyclist before flipping over on its side.
