Unite members at the Bulmers brewery in Clonmel have voted in favour of industrial action.
They say it follows the company's decision to renege on the terms of a 2009 collective agreement between Bulmers and the unions, regarding redundancy terms.
The union - which represents 24 workers at the brewery - claims one of its members has been made redundant on terms which will amount to around half of what was agreed.
