Two small planes have collided in mid-air off the coast of Los Angeles.
Coast Guard boats have been unable to find any survivors.
AP reports that a woman in her 70s was on board one of the planes, while two man - aged in their 60s and 80s - were on board the second.

Divers have been sent to search the area, with the current efforts focusing on 200 square miles.
Search teams are said to have recovered wreckage including a pilot's logbook.
Coast Guard Captain Jennifer Williams said "we don't want to give up" until they are confident the entire area has been searched.
