The older man is reported to have assaulted a member of staff.

Both men left the scene with a stolen bottle of wine.

The injured party, a man aged in his 30s, received head injuries.

Members from the Public Order Unit out on patrol carried out a search of the area.

They found and arrested the men a short time later.

They were taken to Ballymun Garda station and detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.

The male youth remains in Garda custody - while the man in his 20s has been charged in relation to the incident.

He is due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice later.
