In the UK, three medics have been charged with the manslaughter of a woman from Ireland who died after having an abortion in January 2012.

The 32-year-old woman had travelled for the procedure which was carried out at a clinic in Ealing, west London.

A male doctor and two female nurses were each charged with manslaughter by gross negligence.

They're due before Ealing Magistrates' Court on the nineteenth of June.
