A third investigation has been launched into the Berkeley Balcony collapse.

A licensing panel in California is to investigate the tragedy which killed six students and seriously injured seven more.

The District Attorney and the city of Berkeley are also investigating the incident.

The panel is to ask a team of experts to examine the construction of the structure and perform a forensic analysis.
