WATCH: Dozens of masked men attack migrants in Stockholm train station

Dozens of masked men, thought to be members of neo-Nazi gangs, attacked migrants in Stockholm on Friday night amid rising tension over immigration, Swedish police said.

Video footage showed a number of men dressed in black rampaging in and around the city's main train station, followed by officers.

Almost 1,400 killed in Russian air strikes in Syria since September

Almost 1,400 civilians have died in Russian air strikes in Syria since the bombing raids began last September, it has been reported.

The aerial attacks have also killed at least 965 Islamic State fighters and 1,233 others from different insurgent groups, according to UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

Fine Gael down and Labour up in latest poll

Fine Gael are down and Labour are up in the last opinion poll before the election is called.

The Red C survey for tomorrow's Sunday Business Post also sees a drop in support for Fianna Fáil putting it back to the level it got in it's disastrous general election performance five years ago.

Turkey accuses Russia of violating airspace

Turkey has accused Russia of violating its airspace just two months after a similar incident triggered a bitter diplomatic row.

Ankara said a Russian Su-34 jet crossed into its airspace at 11.46am local time on Friday, despite numerous warnings.

HSE admits it did not apologise to abuse victim until this week

The HSE has admitted that an apology was only offered to the woman at the centre of abuse claims in the south east this week, despite it informing the Public Accounts committee that it had already happened.

The body says it was intended that this would happen last month, however no apology was in fact issued.
