A telecoms contractor is to create 600 new jobs in Dublin.
KN Circet will also launch of €500,000 training academy in Rathcoole.
The jobs will be created over the next 12 months.
The company's clients include Virgin Media, Shannon Airport, SSE Airtricity and Eir.
The new jobs will be in the areas such as smart-meter installations.
The company provides services to the telecommunications, transport infrastructure and power sectors in Ireland, the UK and internationally.
Managing director Damien Gallagher says the company has grown significantly in recent years.
"We're announcing 600 jobs today over the course of the next 18 months.
"The areas are administration, fibre-splicing, cabling and smart-metering installations"
"KN was established in 2002, and I suppose over the last 17 years we've grown substantially - from initial turnover of €10m to €340m, forecast this year.
"We've been in the telecoms industry for all that period, and in addition in the power industry and the rail industry.
"So we've grown our business from Ireland and then moved into the UK and internationally".
