The three injured minors have been taken to hospital.
Police say contact has been made with their families.
Officers are still looking for the suspect - thought to be aged about 45 to 50-years-old and wearing a grey tracksuit.
Reports say the shopping street was very busy at the time, on account of it being Black Friday.
