Following, 7 people being injured on Monday night outside a Dublin nightclub, the spotlight has been thrown on cheap drinks promotions which aim to attract large crowds.
Up to 1,500 people queued up to avail of the ‘Messy Mondays’ at Copper Face Jacks and Alcohol Action Ireland have criticised such deals for encouraging binge drinking, especially amongst young people.
