Salah Abdeslam, who is believed to have fled after the Paris attacks, is among 46 criminal suspects considered by police to be the most wanted in Europe.
Also on the list are Mafia clan member and "ruthless killer" Ernesto Fazzalari, and Briton Derek Ferguson, who is wanted over a murder in Glasgow.
Photographs of the men have been published on a website launched with the aim of tracking down and arresting high-profile criminals suspected of having committed serious crimes or terrorist acts in Europe.
The site's launch comes after sharp criticism of the co-ordination between European authorities in the wake of the November 13 Paris attacks in which 130 people were killed.
Despite some of the assailants being sought by police they managed to cross into France unnoticed. Abdeslam fled through a police checkpoint across the border to Belgium hours after the killings.
Abdeslam, 26, is "responsible for the terrorist attacks that took place in November 2015 in France, and more precisely in Paris," the website says. He is described as a "very dangerous, armed individual".
Mohamed Abrini, who is alleged to have been driving a Renault Clio used in tha attacks is also on the list.
He was filmed two days before the attacks, with Abdeslam, in a petrol station on the motorway to Paris.
A picture of each suspect appears prominently on the website along with a description of the allegations against them and contact details for the police force hunting them.
Ferguson - who is described as between 5ft and 5ft 2 tall with green/blue eyes and short, balding brown/grey hair - is the only Briton on the list.
He disappeared after barman Thomas Cameron was shot dead outside the Auchinairn Tavern in Bishopbriggs, Glasgow in 2007.
Lithuanian Arunas Garvsa, however, is wanted over an attack in Leeds in 2011.
He is accused of attempted murder after allegedly holding his victim out of a third floor before dropping her onto the pavement below.
The woman, who suffered five fractures to her spine as well as a shattered coccyx and shattered heels, crawled to side of the road and managed to get help from a passerby.
Some of the unresolved crimes stretch back years.
Romanian "yoga teacher and spiritual mentor" Gregorian Bivolaru is wanted for exploiting children and child pornography offences alleged to have been committed between 2002 and 2004.
"Keeping his victim in a state of servitude, he recruited an underaged yoga student, for sexual exploitation," the website says.
Available in 17 languages, the website was launched by ENFAST1, a Europe-wide police network specialised in hunting down and arresting fugitives with Europol's help.
