The NGO’s “She Is Not A Criminal report” says the lives of Irish women are being put at risk by a ‘deliberate denial of care’ under the Eighth Amendment and the Protection of Life During Pregnancy Act.

It appealed for the Government to decriminalise abortion and change the laws which it says are a clear violation of human rights law.
