While circuses may not be as popular as in their Roman heydey, bread is still a staple food of cultures across the world. Here in Dublin our bread supply is reliant on one of society's great unsung heroes - the delivery man.

Perfectly poised to balance his professional and social responsibilities, he is everything we could hope for in a bread delivery man.
