The President of the Philippines is threatening to leave the UN and form a new collection of nations.
Rodrigo Duterte is unhappy with the organisation after it criticised his handling of the Philippines drug problem.
He took power in May and in the space of two months 600 drug users were killed in police raids.

The UN says the killings amount to a crime under international law.
President Duterte has reacted by saying he might ask China and African nations to form another body while also accusing the UN of failing on terrorism, hunger and ending conflicts.
