Sinn Féin President Gerry Adams says the only people benefiting from the North's current political crisis are those who killed Kevin McGuigan.
It comes a day after the British Government appointed a three person panel to review the status of the IRA in the North - after police linked members of the organisation to Mr McGuigan's murder.
Gerry Adams says talks aimed at resolving the row are being stalled by 'grandstanding' and 'shenanigans'.
He says the longer the crisis continues, the more harm is being done to democracy.
"The only ones who are suffering from this are those folks who deserve a proper health service – there’s o health minister – who deserve all of their other entitlements," he said.
"The only ones who have been rewarded by their antics are those who killed Kevin McGuigan.
"Those who are against progress, who are bigoted, who don’t want to see harmony, who don’t want to see peace - they are the only ones who are being rewarded."
