Fellow co-founder, Tomm Moore recently spoke to Down to Business, he explained to Bobby Kerr that it's no easy feat to create an animated film, outlining the intricate process that goes into building a film from scratch.

"We're the lead studio so we do all the main designs. We do the blueprints for the whole production maybe about 20 minutes of the animation to set the standard - all the main backgrounds, the main design, the writing story-boarding and then our partners would follow on from there.

"Usually you record the voices very early on when you only have a rough storyboards and then the animators can be inspired by the actor's performance and the music would be a collaboration right from the start.

"You might have some of the key themes written early on and then at the end when the film's completed, you record it with the orchestra."
