There will be another meeting of Eurozone finance ministers today (10am Irish time) - as fears grow that a deal to end the Greek debt crisis may be slipping away.

Hours of talks yesterday failed to produce an agreement - despite the fact that Greece had committed to a series of economic reforms in return for a new bailout.

Claims in a German newspaper that the German Finance Minister has raised the prospect of a temporary 'Grexit' have been strenuously denied.

The extracts from a reportedly leaked German finance ministry paper names it as one of two options to prevent further deterioration of the Greek crisis.

The other suggestion would see Greece give assets worth €50 billion to a trustee fund which would sell them in order to pay back Greek debt.

Irish people who lost their lives serving their country will be remembered later today.

Remembrance ceremonies will take place in several counties - including Cork, Limerick, Galway, Waterford, Kilkenny and Sligo - to mark the national day of commemoration.

The main ceremony takes place at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham in Dublin, where the President will lay a wreath to honour all those Irishmen and women who died in past wars or on peace keeping missions.

Gardaí are continuing to quiz three men over a drugs seizure in Tallaght, Dublin on Friday.

A large quantity of cocaine was seized by gardaí when they intercepted a vehicle on the Ballymount Road, as part of an intelligence-led operation.

During a follow-up search in the area, more cocaine and cannabis were recovered.

The drugs are believed to be worth €150,000.

Three men - aged 34, 32 and 18 - were arrested and are being detained at Tallaght Garda station.

Conor McGregor is the new UFC Interim Featherweight Champion.

Despite being on his back for the majority of the first two rounds, McGregor defeated Chad Mendes in the last ten seconds of the second round.

He will now face Jose Aldo when the Brazilian recovers from injury to reunify the Featherweight belt.
