"Minions" took a massive $115m this weekend at the box office in north America - the second biggest opening for an animated film in history.
The spin-off to "Despicable Me" just missed the record set by "Shrek the Third" - which took $121 in 2007.
It follows the titular yellow creatures - who exist to serve masters ranging from T Rex dinosaurs to Napoleon - in their quest to find a new evil boss.
