Met Éireann says we could see some snow today as temperatures continue to stay low.
Last night saw lows of 0 degrees Celsius, with heavy showers of rain, hail, sleet and snow. There were also some thunderstorms with wind gusts up to 130 kilometres per hour.
The forecast is set to continue cold today and very windy today with squally heavy showers of rain, hail and a risk of some thundery downpours.

Meanwhile an Orange weather warning remains in place due to the high winds today.
Met Éireann says west to south-west gale force 8 to storm force 10 winds will continue on all coasts and on the Irish Sea.
Highest temperatures today could hit between 6 and 9 degrees. While tonight will see further heavy showers, the winds are expected to ease gradually.
Winds will continue to ease tomorrow and there are sunny spells expected - but there will be further heavy showers.
Highest temperatures 5 to 8 degrees.
