Gardaí are investigating after the body of a man was found at a house in Co Cork.

The body of the man, aged in his 50s, was found in Mahon area on Monday night.

Gardaí have said they are investigating "all the circumstances" surrounding the discovery.

A scene is currently preserved and investigations are continuing.
