Gardaí are investigating after a man was found dead in Dublin city centre overnight.
The man’s body was discovered on St Andrew's Street in Dublin 2 in the early hours of this morning.
A garda spokesperson said: "Gardaí in Pearse Street were alerted to the body of a male discovered in the early hours of this morning Tuesday 9th January, 2024 on St. Andrew's Street, Dublin 2.

They said the scene had been preserved and a Garda investigation was underway.
