Gardaí in Leixlip are appealing to the public for help in tracing the whereabouts of missing woman Karen Stokes (38).

She was last seen when she left her home at Kilcock in Co. Kildare on Monday June 9th at around 1pm.

Karen is described as 5-foot in height with blue eyes and brown hair.

When last seen she was wearing black jeans, runners and a white top.

Gardai say she may be driving a green 'Seat Alambra' people carrier, registration number 02-MH-6447.
